Muscle Activation Techniques® Pricing Policy
Dear Valued Client,
We’re excited to share some important updates to our pricing and session policies at Muscle Activation NY. These changes reflect our commitment to providing high-quality, personalized care, while also ensuring fairness and clarity for all clients.
Pricing (Effective August 2025)
Single MAT Session (60 min): $375
Introductory MAT Session (75 min, new clients only): $325
5-Session MAT Package: $1,350
Additional 15 Minutes: $70
Pricing applies to MAT, Posturology, or Fitness Consulting sessions unless otherwise specified.
Session Timing Policy
Sessions are billed based on total time spent:
All sessions include up to 60 minutes.
Sessions exceeding the hour may incur additional charges, billed in 15-minute increments at $70 per 15 minutes.
Extra time under 15 minutes (e.g., 5–10 minutes) will not be billed separately.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment are subject to the full session fee.
Cancellations must be sent via email or text at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
